My Goals:
I'd like to lose 100+ pounds and get into the habit of eating healthy, real food.


My Program:
Elements plan:
Air - no eating after 8pm
Fire - exercise 10 minutes a day
Water - no soda pop
Earth - eat real food
Spirit - meditate 5 minutes a day

This plan is more about feeling good and controlling my food addiction, rather than weight loss. But I hope that if I stick to my plan consistently, I can lose 1/2-1 pound a week.
