I am working on a healthier lifestyle so I can keep my balance in this roller-coaster life. Along with a healthier lifestyle, I am working on developing patience because what I want is not going to happen overnight.

Thank you so much for the blog comment about my December calendar! Yes, I totally agree that exercise is SUCH a challenge, especially when it's cold outside! It's definitely helped me to see my progress on the fridge every day, and I hope it does the same for you.
