back from using myfitnesspal. I missed spark. just had foot surgery and still cannot exercise much.

I have been overweight most of my adult life. I decided in June 2011 that enough was enough and lost a lot of weight. My highest was 330. I went to MFP for a while and I am back here trying again....

My Goals:
Lower myLDL
Raise the Good Lipids

Just calorie tracking..not too restrictive because I have binge eating disorder.

Personal Information:
I have several medical conditions, Crohn's diseas, allergies and more.

I have decided to set my goals small. I will focus on 10 pounds at a time now. I plan to give myself small rewards for these mini goals.

Other Information:
I also reward myself for Non-Scale Victories.

1. Jogging/walking my first 5k and 10k
2. Sticking to my calories for a whole week.
3. Exercising 6 days a week.
4. Passing up on a fattening food and opting for a healthy food.
5. Working hard any week and feeling good.
6. When emotional if I don't use food to sooth I will reward myself.
