I Choose to make the Rest of my life, the Best of my life!
I'm 45 years old and I love everything about me on the inside and I know it shows on the outside. I want to improve the outside. I don't wan't or need a six pack and super toned arms and legs. I just want to lose enough weight and firm up enough to buy the clothes I like and to feel comfortable in my own skin. As I've gotten a bit older, it's gotten a lot harder to lose weight. Two pounds a week requires major effort and sometimes I just don't do the work. So, I fell off my horse, and am getting back in the saddle again. Let's see how it goes. I love this website and everything it has to offer. I believe if i use it right, I can do this weight loss/lifestyle change with it and my gym membership. I'm reaching out to the family here for some moral support. The road ahead is long - 60 lbs but the motivation is what i need the most.
