Re boot regroup and Prioritize myself first

I have lost weight and shaped a better body. Things were going great until I went through a major life change and then I got remarried. I stopped what I needed to do for myself and the 25 lbs came back on, after all that hard work. I work full time but I am slowly changing my diet habits and I am finally going back to the gym. Although my health life style is not what my new husband is used to, he doesn't go to the gym with me I had to start doing it for myself as a priority. I recently moved ...
I recently moved to Ft. Lauderdale and have made a lot of change but finding the time and dedication I used to have along with the motivation has been difficult until I woke up and realized it has to matter to me something my old trainer would tell me, so it does matter to me. Its little steps though. I wanted to start slowly luckily I have the motivation and I can find the time to make changes. I also have learned how hard it is when you have to make yourself a priority. I guess women I am being sexist here have that to do we guilt the guilt built and forget about ourselves. Okay so now I have to redo and reboot myself but I know I can do that today,, one small step at a time. In the process I have to find out what stopped me and how I can prevent that from happening again,,,

I can totally identify with you. I recently got married and with the new lifestyle came back a lot of the weight I lost. My husband is not a gym goer and if he can avoid it, he will. I am slowly trying to get back into healthy eating and fitness.

Hey there girl, just checkin in on some of my spark friends, I am sorry to hear about the divore, I too was a single mom raising my son all by myself with no help from his dad. I had to work a full time job and all the things your gowing thru. It makes you stronger and rely on the power of god more and more every day to get thru it.
You will get thru it.
Keep the faith and stay strong. My son is 21 this october and turned out to be a great young man and he and I have a very strong bond and that you will never loose and always cherish.
