Hello there everyone!! I am a sson-to-be divorced 36 yr old mother of 3 (ages 10, 7, and 5) and I work full time. I've been overweight most of my life but now that I'm not as active as I was when I was in high school and since having 3 children, I've found that weight so much harder to come off as it used to.

I have about 50 pounds to lose so I don't anticipate this will be quick. I broke down my mini goals by 10% increments. My first milestone will be 19.6 lbs, bringing me to 176.4 (DONE!). It will also take me out of the Obese BMI range and into Overweight (DONE!). My second goal will be 17.6 lbs, bringing me to 158.8. My final goal will be 12.8 lbs, bringing me to my goal weight of 146 lbs and into the Normal BMI range.

Goals:
Goal Weight = 150
5 lbs = New Exercise Bands
10 lbs = Heart Rate Monitor
15 lbs = Pedicure
10%, 19.6 lbs = 176.4 = Overnight at the water park with the kids
25 lbs = Massage
30 lbs = New running shoes
35 lbs = New jeans
10%, 37.2 lbs = 158.8 = Weekend in the Dells
40 lbs = New workout clothes
45 lbs = New swim suit
50 lbs = GOAL!!! New me!!

I'm DONE!
I'm DONE having my butt and thighs taking an extra hop after me when running...I'm DONE having my pants leave an indent in my waist when I take them off...I'm DONE having to hold my breath when bending over to tie my shoes...I'm DONE being obese on the BMI charts...I'm DONE getting winded running up and down stairs...I'm DONE wearing black all the time because it's "flattering for my size"...I'm DONE going shopping and coming home with nothing because nothing fit...I'm DONE wearing clothing in sizes that don't really fit...I'm DONE feeling self-conscious when walking into a room and feeling like everyone is looking at me, or worse yet, talking about me...I'm DONE being fat!!!

I'm ready to lose weight...I'm ready to feel great...I'm ready look great...I'm ready to get rid of all the excuses that have kept me where I'm at...I'm ready to be comfortable in my clothes...I'm ready to be more active...I'm ready to really start living!!!
