My Goals:
My goal is to change to a healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
1. I have modified my diet to a healthier one using the Nutrition Tracker to insure I stay on track
2. Exercise first thing in the morning. Wii fit for yoga and some cardio. Spark exercises for strength training
3. Take the stairs - I try to walk up the stairs to my office (eight flights) at least 3 times a day.
4. Evening walks with my husband

Personal Information:
I am from Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. I have been married to the same great guy for over 35 years and have three of the greatest kids. All grown and married. I have 5 beautiful grandkids, who as you can see from my pictures are the center of my universe.

Other Information:
I am a member of the board of the CCHabitat for Humanity. I wish I had the time and energy to do more with this great group. I am active in my church. I like to read mysteries, love to scrapbook (mostly grandkids of course), enjoy knitting although have not done much of late. I enjoy working with my husband remodeling our home. And lastly I enjoy my garden although I do not have a green thumb.

emoticon - was just glancing through your pictures - I enjoy looking at different areas of the country - it seems your grands are very activy little individuals - bet it makes for some nice memories and are those flowers from your garden - they are beautiful - it is hard to have pretty flowers here in texas - as it is so hot during the summers and we don't get much rains either - love the snow pics too - however I am not sure I could live in it - Shoot here in Texas we go crazy if it snows - as most Texans - drive 90 to nothing and we don't drive well in snow emoticon We are all over the roads

Hi again, You replied and mentioned how healthy McDonalds Chicken Bacon Salad is. Totally amazing how some things we are so bad can be low in calories but after reading an article I found on bacon, I have to question how much of it do I really want to eat. I will still splurge in summer when the tomatoes are ripe and have the blt. If you are interested in the article here is the link. It is on the WEBMD site. http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/features
