My Goals:
~ Get into a regular exercise routine ~ Track what I eat, but also splurge once in awhile ~ Lose the last 10lbs. FOR GOOD!
My Program:
I track my food every day, trying to stay within the ranges given to me. I also am trying to get into a consistent workout routine, which consists of 3 or 4 days of physical activity.
