Hey! How have you been? Were you ever able to try and walk outside after work? I had a decent week. My cravings have gone away, as they sometimes do in these weird phases I have (wish they stayed forever lol). But I've been structuring my snacks and avoiding binging when I get home. I really hope I can stick to this! Starting tomorrow, we'll see how week 2 goes. :0)

Just wanted to check in and see how the eating regime is going? Girl, I was bad today! In terms of snacking. Nothing I did will ruin the overall week if I'm good till Sunday. But, once again, it was literally within 15 mins of being home!
My goal is to consiously snack on something healthier, like veggies, as was suggested yesterday. Gosh, the only thing is...I totally am not reaching for veggies by habit lol.
