Drop Pounds, Lose Inches, Increase Energy, Feel Amazing!



My Program:
Cut out/limit pop, drink lots of water, do some physical activity at least once a day, walk to work as much as I can, go to aerobics on Tuesdays, work out at gym at least 4 times a week, watch what I eat, count calories, track food intake.

Personal Information:
I'm 24 years old, from central illinois. I am a banker and love what i do. God has called me to be an encourager and I keep looking for opportunities for Him to use me.

You ever sat in front of a fire? Just as it starts up? Theirs a spark and then, like a domino effect it engulfs and turns into a rage of yellow, orange, blue and red....We all start as a small spark and as we progress we too engulf into a raging fire ball....so long as we feed the fire we will continue to burn but, once neglected we burn out.....So, feed your fire....keep it burning! emoticon
