My Goals:
I'd like to consistently exercise for at least 2-3 hours a week. If my body lets me do more, then I'm doin more.

I'd also like to increase my cardiovascular stats and endurance. So far, I can jog for 15 mins without stopping. I couldn't do that 20 lbs ago!! :)

Hey Greg! Have you tried the abs video yet? I have been pretty lazy and only done it once, so I guess that is why it's a challenge. Hopefully next week I will do 3 times though! emoticon
