My Goals:
I resolve to remove 15 pounds by July. I will do this by exercising, drinking 8 cups of water, eating within my calorie range, increasing fruits and vegetables, and paying attention to that Inner Self that feels strong, comfortable, and empowered in my body.


My Program:
15-30 minutes minimum exercise per day

Drink water & track in fast break goals

Eat within calorie range with lots of veggies, fruit, and grains in my vegan diet.

Reduce the amount of sugar and fat in diet I consume.

Spark until I feel it when I don't want to exercise.



Other Information:
Hobbies:

Sewing for my grandchildren.

Cross-stitch, crocheting, embroidery. Want to take up knitting again and do some projects in 2013

Photography, being in nature, spending time with animals.

Singing - currently participate in a Threshhold Choir.

*I'm still enjoying the mani you gave me! It's time for me to do my own nails; I'm just so lazy when it comes to that because one hand looks great and the other like my son did the polishing. The other day, we put a banquet/fundraiser together, and I realized my eyebrows needed to get plucked. I don't know how my sister and older women did all this work on their own. emoticon

I hear you about the mindful eating. The tracker isn't motivating me like it used to for the moment. However, I am aware of what I'm eating. Also, I am aiming for zones and not calories because the amount of calories I burn isn't as awesome as I thought. But, then I'm like, "What would happen if I didn't burn at least what I do?" I think if you stay active and eat mindfully, you've won half the battle.
