My winter workout is the treadmill plus the Milon Circle! It is awesome!

My spring workouts:
Cycling, walking, jogging, hiking, rollerblading: 3-4 days a week.
Gym: 2-3 days a week. 15 minute warm-up (rowing, elliptical) / upper body workout / lower body workout / core workout / ball workout / 30-60 minutes of cardio (treadmill, spinning, aerobics, tae-bo) / 2 minute cool-down / 5 minutes of stretching.

My winter workouts:
Walks/Elliptical/Spinning/Other Cardio: 4-5 days a week
Gym: 2-3 days a week 15 minute cardio warm-up on treadmill / lower body workout / 20 minute cardio on elliptical machine / upper body work out / 30 minute cardio interval training on treadmill / 2 minute cool down

My Program:
- Do strength training 2-3 times a week
-Do cardio on all other days, including biking, swimming, walking, elliptical training and sports
-Eat 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies every day
-Eat superfoods, follow the ETL plan
- Eat less than 1700 cals a day
- Avoid animal products, processed foods, oils and fats
-Drink 8 glasses of water every day
-Be active on SparkPeople; track nutrition, exercise, sleep 8 hours a day
