I would like to get in good physical condition (not size). I met one goal: to not be so out of breath from just one flight of stairs while giving Department Tours. Start drinking water. For some reason that's hard for me.
Mountain biking, hiking, paddling or skiing when I have time. Go up and down 230 steps at least once on workdays.
