Life is ahead of us!
At 52 I am blessed with a full life, which can be translated as an overwhelming life on those bad days and long seasons of difficulty. I don't want to be bogged down. I want to live life forward! I want to walk in the Light, love, move, and teach...all to the hilt! Goals: life life fully, move, lose weight and gain a stronger healthier body and mind in order to serve and love others with joy!

My Goals:
To keep in step with the Spirit, to become more of Him and less of me. To lower my: Blood Pressure Cholesterol Blood Sugar Weight by 61 lbs total To raise my: Strength Stamina Agility Energy Health Status GOAL MET: To Run in a 10K this Spring (just started running December 2011)
My Program:
Time in The Word and prayer. Track Everything Eat within 1550 Calorie Buget with 7 - 9 fruit/veggies per day and 10 - 12 glasses of water a day. Cardio 40 - 80 min. 6X/week Strength Program recommended by SP 3 days/week Mix It Up n Make it Fun is how I plan my cardio...boot camp DVD's, step aerobics, running, cycling, dancing, and my favorite...walking! SP Couch to 5K program tweeked for a 10K.
