Setting new goals.

I am never sure what to say. I am a returning member. Starting over. I thought I could (would) do it with out being accountable to something. You guessed that was a "NO", I am tired of being in pain and being limited in what I can do physically. I have been inspired by Jay on Biggest Loser. Trainer Bob said that he wrote his goal weight on his wrist every day just to keep it in front of him. I wont write it on my wrist but its tatooed in my brain. When I look at something that will not ...

My Program:
My boss had the gastric sleeve done. We drew the line in the sand together. I know that she will loose more weight faster than me but she has more to loose. For the first 4 weeks I ate what she ate. My main goal is to make sure that I get 60 to 80 grams of protein every day. The other stuff takes care of it's self. I try to eat at least 2 cups of vegies and 1 serving of fruit. I am having fun and I am being to win this fight.
