wanna keep up with the kids and feel better about what I see in the mirror

I'm a 40-something and a part-time working mom of 3. Since the third one came along, I've been continuingly gaining. Snacks are too accessable. I probably would be easier if my husband would join me on this wagon. He's still in denial.
I need this to be the time I stick to the routine. I started working part-time a while ago, and it thru me off the routine. I just let it too. With each year, it becomes more difficult.

I need this to work. I'm definately still a work ...

My Goals:
1. My short term goal is to lose10 pounds by Sept 30. (done-Oct 28)
2. My next short term goal is to lose 10 more pounds by Thanksgiving. (done-Mar 17)
3. My overall goal is to lose 40 pounds.
4. I want to feel that I can look at myself in the mirror without the need to cover up first.
5. I want to be able to keep up with the kids.
6. I want to lead a healthier lifestyle as an example for my children.

My Program:
1. I log into spark all that I eat, and try to stay within the calorie range.
2. Exercise 4-5 days each week cardio, and 2-3 days each week strength.
3. Drink plenty of water each day.
4. Take advantage of every opportunity for physical activity that I can.
5. No snacking on unhealthy foods between meals.

Personal Information:
My name is Mary. I'm from a small town in rural western Pennsylvania. I have 3 children and a husband. Our family is close to each of our parents, and we all enjoy that.

Other Information:
I can use all the motivation I can get. I have tried this too many times! I think - I know - I need someone to nag me about exercising and eating.

Mary looks like you're doing very well! I just started back (again). I do almost every new year, but I really need to stick with it! Between dealing with all the illnesses in the house and gaining through the holidays I've felt really yucky. My goal date is mid March in time for our long weekend vacation in April. Keep in touch Mary :)
