Hi, I'm Jenya. Welcome to my page:

Im here to get myself to a healthy weight. I lost 25 pounds a few years ago and managed to keep it off for 2 years. When the weight started to creep back I decided to do Weight Watchers again (on my own). A month or so into doing Weight Watchers I came across Sparkpeople and I slowly got sucked in. I love reading the articles here and learning about healthy life style choices. Ive lost 53 pounds since my heaviest at 185. And at a height of 4 11 I would like weight between 105 and 115.

HW: 185

SW: 173 10/19/06
GW1: 160 weight I maintained for 2 years (12/4/06)
GW2: 156 10% lost from SW (1/1/07)
GW3: 147 BMI under 30 (2/6/07)
GW4: 140 10% lost from GW2 (3/26/07)
GW5: 135 50 lbs. down from HW (4/23/07)
GW6: 126 10% lost from GW4 (7/16/07)
GW7: 123 BMI under 25 (10/22/07)
GW8: 115 - Top of goal range

I dont want to think past 2 goals away, because my final goal overwhelms me. Im just excited that I weigh now what I weighed when I was 12 years old! Im all about celebrating my current success, forgiving my imperfections, and setting attainable goals.

Denying that Ive gained weight doesnt change that fact that I have. I have gained 5 pounds since my lightest weight (123lbs.). Once I started gaining weight I weighed myself every Monday, but I recording recorded it on SparkPeople. I kept thinking, Oh, well next week Ill go back down, so I just wont report my gain. Ok, but the next week I didnt lose the weight I gained. And so, I stopped recording my weight. Today I stop being in denial. Im putting it right here on my page. I weigh 128 pounds and have a BMI of 25.9.

Im going to whip the slat clean. My new starting weight is 128.

SW: 128 -- (12/10/07)
GW1: 125 my cloths will fit better
GW2: 123 BMI of under 25
