My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get down to 150 pounds.
My short-term goal is to lose 20 pounds and get below 200 lbs.
My Program:
Trying to eat more regularly and exercise to boost my metabolism. We joined a gym and we try to go at least three times per week. I'm doing weight training on the machines 3 days and 30 mins of cardio the rest.
Personal Information:
My husband is my workout partner, coach, and cheering section. He needs to lose quite a bit as well, so I'm planning a gift for him for when he meets some of his goals.
Other Information:
I'm a stay-at-home mom and an Avon lady, so I have lots of reasons to slim down and get healthy.
