My goal is to lose at least 15# and incorporate some physical activity into my days to improve my health. I am having some issues with my blood sugar spiking at night and loosing the weight hopefully will turn that around.. I am in this committment for life. To break the diet coke habit. Drink WATER!!!!

I am married to my best friend and have two grown boys and a precious daughter-in-law. My husband and I attend First Baptist Church. I love the Lord and my church. I work full time as a Insurance and Billing Clerk at a local Physician's office and I have a commercial cleaning business that I do in the evenings and weekends. I live in Oklahoma.
I enjoy anything to do with the computer, sewing, reading, DIY house remodling, and anything I can do with my family.
