Ready to make a change

I am ready to lose these unwanted pounds so that I can be more comfortable with me and have a healthier life.
Most of my family members are diabetic and I am not very eager to become one too. I know that i can do this and I will with God's strenght and the help of Spark people. I am already looking forward to the results.

My Goals:
Loose 25 LBS by April 2015.

Loose 5 inches from my waist.

Become fitter and toned.

Fit into a 7/8 jeans and medium tops.


My Program:
Work out for 60 miniutes 5 times daily

Consume at least 4 serings of fruits and vegetables daily

Drink more than 8 glasses of water.

Have only one cheat day.

Participate in team challenges.

Personal Information:
I live in Jamaica and I am a full-time journalist and a christian. I absolutely love writing.

Other Information:
I believe that all things are possible with God and with right attitude.
