A Marathon and Not A Sprint
I am recommiting to a healthy lifestyle after losing my way again. I have started a fitness instructing course and I am using it as my motivation to reach my exercise and healthy eating goals. I have until June 2012 to do this, when i will be a qualified personal trainer. woohoo!! Im taking it one day at a time with my goal in sight. I am going to be the example.
