Kicking Butt!

I am 28, I have worked out in the past and hired a personal trainer, but shortly after ending the personal training lost interest in working out. I am interested in losing weight, toning up, and enjoying fitness most of all. I have started going to the gym again and am taking a new attitude towards working out. I want it to be something that I enjoy, and if I enjoy it and keep going regularly then I will end up getting the results I want.

My Goals:
I would like to lose a few inches and a few pounds but mostly would like to change my attitude about fitness so that it can be something that I look forward to so that I can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
Zumba and Bodyflow classes at the gym, cardio (either treadmill or elliptical) and Weight Circuit.

Personal Information:
I'm a country girl living with my husband and cat in the city. I used to be active when I was young and I would like to get back into the swing of things.

Other Information:
I love to read just about anything, suspense, spiritual, inspirational. I am trying to find my own spiritual path and enjoying the journey so far :) Looove OLP, Black Eyed Peas, Great Big Sea, Ashley MacIsaac. Hoping to learn to play fiddle in the fall :) Love to cook and experiment in the kitchen and I'm hoping to grow my own herbs this summer.

Thanks ! I was pretty excited LOL. Definately paying for it today though. After the run we went down to the Y and did some walking lunges and all that fun stuff. I may never sit down again LOL. I had forgotten how much I hate lunges but good lord they work. How did the zumba class go ? I hope u were a lesser shade of purple this time :D

Thanks for the encouraging comment on my blog!! :) I definitely know how you feel about putting too much pressure on yourself. I think that is why I'm constantly giving up. I can't always meet my high expectations! Congratulations on losing 4 lbs!! You can absolutely do it!!!
