No More Excuses!
The key to me is feeling good about the way you look. Feeling Fat is no fun. I know I'll never be a size 6; that's just not my body type. I love my curves; just can stand the rolls :)
After years of on again off again on Spark People I came to the realization that I'm not doing this just for me, but FOR my family. I need to set the example to my girls about the importance of health and exercise. Not to mention all the benefits that go along with being/living healthy. I've realized ...

I've realized that I've been making excuses for so long that I didn't even recognize it when I would... I work too much, I don't want to neglect my time with my kids and my hubby. But guess what? Getting healty is making me a better mom & wife.
