I've lost some and re-gained more. But this is the point all that is going to change. No turning back. I'm committed to getting to a healthy weight and there ain't nothing or nobody that's going to stop me. Goals are dreams with deadlines. And I got a dream with a deadline: To lose 90 pounds by December 31, 2010. I have divided this dream goal into smaller ones. To reach this goal, will need to lose roughly 9 pounds per month, a little over 2 pounds per week. I've got the SparkPlan and now I'm about to work it! I'm sure there will be a few obstacles, but I have planned for that. Obstacles will simply be hurdles on the road to be jumped over, kicked over, or just walked around. Staying on track is my #1 goal. On New Years Eve 2010, you will be able to read JoJo's Spark Success Story! My Goals:
My weight loss goal is to lose 90 pounds by December 31, 2010. I'm 5'9 and that will put me at a healthier 160 lbs. My Program:
Daily Calorie Intake: 1200-1550 Strength & Cardio exercises for 30 minutes 5 times a week. Give/Receive Support and use Tools on SparkPeople added 2/20/10: do 50 crunches 5x week
