Hey Kelsey, it's been a while since I've seen you around the CWF team. How are you doing? I trust your fibro is behaving itself so you can do the things you want to do. We both know how frustrating it is to be young, and want to do things, but feel held back by our bodies. Ugh! Hope you are well! Blessings, Jenni, CWF team

    Dear Kelsey,
I had been away from SparkPeople since September, but I'm back and wondering if you are doing the same thing I did? How are you? How's progress? How is your year going?

Hi Swim, how you doing? Now that my friend from my childhood has gone back to her home, I can spend some time with my friends in sparkworld. I'm afraid I overate yesterday and today and I feel a little sick. I go back to physical therapy tomorrow, too, so I better start towing the line!!! I hope you're having a good August. When does school start for you? My daughter is thoroughly enjoying her month off, but it's going fast!

As I haven't talked to you in a little while, I thought I'd drop you a note. I hope everything is well, and I congratulate you on almost reaching 160 again (as your status says...)! Have fun on your cruise!

I try my best to be positive! Though it's not proven to be genetic, my grandmother had MS, and my dad has it, as well. My grandma was an inspiration to many, I I just hope one day to be like her. Last year, I was so consumed with school and everything that I didn't exercise much. My doctor got after me when I saw him, telling me that I HAD to exercise. Stretching everyday helps my limp, although the heat of summer makes it worse. So, I try my best and do what I can. I have to admit that I had to look up fibromyalgia. Sounds icky. But I'm glad you are trying to keep up the physical activity to help out the fibro! I would love to be Sparkbuddies! You are going to be a sophomore-- what's your major? Mine is Music Education, although I hope to get my master's next and become a Music Therapist. You?
