I'm a 56 year old Bostonian who has decided to get off the chair and back into the game! Several years ago I taught group fitness and after a back injury put it all away. Now, several years later and weighing 171 lbs. , I know that it is time to drop the weight and start again!

My Goals:
Of course, the primary goal for me is to drop the excess pounds! I want to gain greater flexibility and move easier.
My Program:
My first step was getting set up with the Discovery challenge for 2007. I've begun to integrate Spark's Fast Break program with the nutrition program that Discovery is recommending. I've just begun to do core training and have signed up for doing some Pilates sessions.
