wow, who new it was posible???

I am almost there!! Well I have run in to some kinks and bumps, I am still losing weight but I have not been feeling 100%
So I called my Dietician and he asked me to pop in and get on my worst night mare...the scale!!!!!!
So I did, I am now down a total of 145lbs since Oct 2007, and I believe about 46lbs since joining the Spark.
We are working on why I am feeling so rough. I know that in the end I am much better off now than I was.
I have never really had a goal weight ...

I have never really had a goal weight in mind; years ago a Dr told me 170lb-77kg. Now that I am down too 209lbs-94.9kgs I am thinking that really I would be more than happy to maybe get to 200lbs-90kgs/
And itís not that I am giving up or dropping the ball, but I believe that if I am healthier and feel great and am happy with the way my new body moves, or looks than that is the place I need to be. I do not believe that the recommended 150lbs that I have heard from our DRs is the Wright weight for me. I never started this journey to become some kind of super model I just want to live a long and healthy life. So I hope to be that perfect me before the year is done, and I hope to see my health catch up to the new me too!!

Hi Jo!

I went to mvm.com and went to the adjust (or something like that) your model section. The weightloss simulator part isn't working any more so don't bother clicking on that option!!

I made the model have my current weight, my start weight didn't fit the maximum BMI range (whoa!!), chose clothes I liked etc then saved the picture. Then I adjusted the model to my goal weight and saved her too.

To make it into a file that I could upload on here, I pasted the pictures into a word document and changed it to PDF and then to JPG (using a demo version of a software of the net; just goggle converting word to JPG)

Hope that makes sense!!

100lbs is an awesome accomplishment!! emoticon

Take it one day at a time and you will get DONE! I believe in you! emoticon And if the going gets tough, take a deep breath and remind yourself of all the great things that are coming out of your journey!! A WHOLE NEW YOU!!
