I am trying to maintain my weight at 125 pounds. It took me about 18 months to lose 30 pounds and I am determined that I will stay at this weight! I weigh myself once a week, and track all my food and activity every day. I take Hatha yoga, crossover yoga and Pilates, as well as walk my two dogs (a Scottie and an Irish terrier) and do exercises on the floor several times a week for my back. I have been a member of Spark for just over a year, and find it very motivating.
