My Goals:
I'm trying to make lifestyle changes & develop life-long habits. I want to make a healthy vegan diet and regular exercise part of my daily life.
At this time last year (November 2009), I was very close to my goal weight & I was feeling great. But, for some reason, I got off track and gained about 8 pounds back. I'm trying to lose that 8 pounds, again, and I'd like to lose several more on top of that. I want to feel my best so that I can regain my focus, feel stronger, and so that I will have a healthy body when I'm ready to have children.

My Program:
I'm getting back into the habit of tracking the foods I eat and I'm exercising at least 30 minutes a day, most days of the week.

Personal Information:
I'm 27 years old, from Buffalo, NY, and I'm a psychiatric social worker. I'm also a newly-wed.
I was vegetarian for 15 years, and now I've made the switch to vegan (about 3 months ago). It's going great!
