Maintain my weight, to improve my time

Hi all I am just trying to maintain my weight. I am a competive runner and just want to improve my time. I just ran my first marathon in November, 2009. 4hours and 7 mins (missed Boston by 2 mins). Placed first for my age group. Running Dallas Half on December 13, 2009 and running "Goofy Challenge" in January 2010.

Finished Goofy Challenge" It was the toughest runs! Half Mar. -Sat. got up at 3am race start 5:40am, placed me in the wrong corral, it was 32F with 10 deg. wind chill, it was sleeting; Norm got injured in the first 50 ft, but he still finished! Full Marathon Sun. - race started at 5:40am, 29F (colder than Sat.!) with ...10 deg wind chills, water stations were ice rinks; ice chips in water, gu & bananas frozen

My son is also doing the Goofy... Hats off to you. That is a challenge. I hope you had a great half today and tomorrow will be another great run and when you get the Goofy Medal... well done!
