I'm so happy you told me about this site Da. I'm liking it a lot. It's week two for me on it. I think this time is different because when I decided to start it was more about eating healthier things for nutritional benefits and not about weight loss. I read an article in a health magazine about how much healthier your heart, skin, kidneys, etc. are if you get Super Foods into your diet. I started from there; it just so happens that I'm sliming down at the same time. And I had gain around 15 lbs with the whole Grandparents ordeal and the stess of not getting into med school originally.
Andrew is being very supportive too. He's trying to get healthier before the Caribbean. He's almost completely given up sodas so far (and he used to have about 5 a day), he's trying to drink tons more water and eat healthier food with me too. His main goal however is to start running with me and therefore stop smoking. And of course that's the goal I'm most concerned with and supportive of. 1969 days ago
