Striving for Joy, Health and Balance

I am working a night shift, compressed work week job, and trying to keep my life in order. At times it feels like I am out of touch with everything during my work days. The stress of starting this schedule has lead to a lot of unhealthy meal choices and some serious sleep issues! I want to reach a good balance with my family and work, even though I don't have the best schedule for it :-).

Having worked 3rd shift for many years in the past (and how wonderful it is not to work it now) I understand the problems associated with it all too well. It's hard on family and your own health. Spark is a good way to keep motivated even during the tough times. Best Wishes! emoticon
