Super Jess

Triathlete and ultramarathoner who loves to bake (and consequently eat). I've got a desk job in the food industry, so there's always junk food on the table 5 feet behind my desk... temptation!! I love running, but even 50+ miles/week is not enough to counteract all the food I eat. Oops! Time to change the balance and get down to a better racing weight (so less stuff jiggles when I run).

Yes, I escaped nearly 14 years ago! Mo-town has nice trails and good outdoor running, though, so it can't be all bad! Where are you from originally?

Hehe! So you voluntarily live in NJ?! I grew up in Summit and lived for a while in Morristown after college. Morristown is great! I loved living there. I lived on Hill street, near the train station.

Yes I am! Northwest NJ :) I thought the same thing about you when I saw the races you were doing. I was debating doing some of the Winter Series races, I still might, though it just may be last minute entry.

I've heard the same thing about Steamtown. It's a net downhill course, which would definitely help for a 1st try.
