I'm a retired Navy CPO who still works for the government (imagine that). I used to hate the Navy Physical Training (PT) test, due largely to the 1.5 mi run. I hated running with a passion. Last weekend I completed my first half-marathon. What irony!

I run 4 days a week with a total of 15-20 mi. Love the weekend long run.

Other Information:
Don't forget the people in our military. They make sacrifices every day and don't give it a thought. The least we can do is to say thanks to each person we meet in uniform.
