Hi everyone. I am 30 years old, with about 40 lbs. to lose. I am hoping through joining here to get myself on track with a healthier lifestyle. Hi everyone. I am 30 years old, with about 40 lbs. to lose. I am hoping through joining here to get myself on track with a healthier lifestyle. I am married, have one son who is almost three, and a house full of pets :) I have NEVER been happy with my weight - I've also been a bit on the "chubby" side, and as I grow older the weight just keeps increasing slowly but surely. My main goal is to feel comfortable with myself and to be the healthiest version of myself, for both me and my family. I am a type I diabetic (since I've been 6 years old) - which can make fitness and nutrition changes a bit rough. My glucose levels are not super well controlled, mostly because I just have not taken the initiative to get them under control. That is also one of my goals here!
