Living with chronic illness

I'm an sf/fantasy writer who's turned to learning game design. On disability for lupus, 2.5 strokes, migraines, seizures, osteoporosis, PTSD, depression and anxiety, I have a ton of struggling. I work when I can, I play when I can, and I just sit and zone on the TV when I'm unable to do other stuff. I'd prefer to not do that last, of course. I also love yoga, genealogy, and bird-watching. I titled this "Living with chronic illness" because that's what I want to do: to live WITH what I ...

I titled this "Living with chronic illness" because that's what I want to do: to live WITH what I have. Not "seek a cure". My illness is not me, but having lupus - and all the subsequent stuff that came with it - has helped shape who I am now.

My Goals:
I want to keep track of my eating/exercise habits so I can be sure I'm doing enough to stay healthy. Strengthening my right side is very important, but also so is neurological exercise since most of the leftover damage I have is in my Central Nervous System.

My Program:
more yoga; I want to go for at least 5 minutes per day, hopefully more than that. I also want to workout my CNS. Minecraft does a really good job of that, since it forces me to try and adapt to things (I'm half blind and so completely unable to process/see 3D, so I need to figure out workarounds). But also challenging it by doing other games where I'm constanty forced to adapt to new things is very good as well.
