Closer to my goal weight

Hi, I am 30 and I have been on this journey for about 3 years with a lot of ups and downs. I went down to from 206 to 161 and I gained 20lbs back and over the last 6 months I lost 14 of the lbs again. I am still working toward my goal of weighing 150 and I am so close I can taste it. But do you know what has worked for me the most? Not checking my weight too often. I am focusing on how I feel, how my clothes fit, how much energy I have, ect... And when I loose weight... I jump for joy. But I feel like I look great now and I am just working more on toning then loosing weight because if I tone my body then the weight will naturally come off. And I have proved this over the last 6 months. I am eating more healthy but I do get my crazy cravings every now and then.

My Goals:
To tone up, tighten up, loose weight, and get healthy for me!

My Program:
I go to my local gym 5-6 days a week for 1-2 hours a day. I take every class that is included in the gym for free because I don't know how to work out on my own yet. Also I am tracking my calories to make sure that I don't eat too many.

Hey you!! So good to see ya! I had been scarce on here, as well. Between f/t school and f/t work, I became very busy and veered away from dedicating my time to MYSELF! Of course, with that came on 5lbs or so. Ugh! So, I'm back with the hopes of turning that around and keeping in touch with my sparkpeeps. emoticon My downfall was when I stopped tracking my food intake...bad idea!

So, New Years resy... make better choices and continue to take good care of ME! I hope you do the same...
