The New Me

Hi there; I'm Jessica, and I'm 21 years old. I started working out a couple years ago. I was very into it, and went to the gym at 5am 6-7 days a week. I grew very tired of going in the morning and ended up quitting. I was looking very, very good, and I liked seeing the results. Once I stopped, the pounds came back...and fast. My goal is to stay motivated while shedding some pounds and getting my muscles to where they used to be. Nothing says "This is the good life" like working out and feeling ...

Home workouts are great for me right now, cheaper than the gym plus, I find that I've been more consistent doing them at home. I am not worried about showering, if its going to cut into my work schedule or driving or weather but it doesn't work for alot of people. That said, JM body revolution is supposed to be similar to P90X and Insanity but since I am already familiar with her through my other dvds, I decided to do that. So google them to get some previews. I hope you are enjoying your holiday today! emoticon

I have been doing Jillian Michaels as I said for 3 months and she is definitely challenging, I have done her mostly with Walk away the pounds by Leslie Sansone which is who I suggest to people that say they hate working out first as she is easier to pick up than Jillian. But Jillian changes you. I started with 1 dvd and usually switch to another one hers in the next month. Last month & this month is the first that I've decided to do the same dvd but only because its actually 2 separate ones and she reccomends that they be done together since 1 is strength and the other is cardio and both 55 minutes long each. So I like her but I am incorporating new stuff slowly into my routine such as water aerobics. But I find that doing her consistently really does increase my endurance and strength to handle the following dvds. I have done 30 day shred, ripped in 30 and now No more trouble zones combined with banish fat boost metabolism and doing her Body revolution next month. I do agree with this statement of yours though (However, "fat" has a mind of its own. The first place it goes to is the last place it's gonna leave.) so true in the case of my rack and thighs which I why I do the squats anyway! So thanks for the friend add, I look forward to chatting with you more as I continue my journey to a smaller me! HUGS&SMILES!!

I am doing JMichaels and she loves, squats, planks and jacks so everything I hate buT I have been doing her for 3 months now and I can see the changes starting to happen in my body slowly but they are there. That said your workout is insane so me no likey the squats or jacks except what they do for the rear but the jacks are a but uncomfortable with the massive rack I have! Sigh... I hope that slims down as everything else gets smaller. But keep it up, I may take on one these in a few months as dare to myself. As I said before, You rock in my opinion. Don't be a stranger, plenty of room for new faces and font on my page!
