My Goals:
I want to be able to shop at other stores besides Lane Bryant and the Avenue.

I want to weight between 140 and 150

I want to walk a 5K

I plan on working my way little steps at a time, starting with 10 pounds.

I want to be able to go on rides and not have to tell my husbands and kids I can't ride because I wont fit.

Last I want to get off this high blood pressure pill. I hate taking pills so I only take them when I absolutely have too. So this is a big one for me.

My Program:
Since I can not go to a gym and can not afford the YMCA, my plan goes as following with exercising with videos:

Monday: 30 minutes
Tuesday: 10 minutes
Wednesday: 30 minutes
Thursday: 10 minutes
Friday: 30 minutes
Saturday: 10 minutes

With that I plan on tracking my food and staying within my calorie range.

Other Information:
This year I will be homeschooling my boys. Slightly nervous but I do plan on joining a group. It is also nice a friend of mine homeschools already so I can go to her for advice.

Jesse, what a beautiful family you have. You are so blessed. Welcome to the Firecracker team. I too struggle with carbs and have been trying some inventive ways to avoid them like using spaghetti squash or zucchini squash as pasta. Tonight I am making cauliflower crust pizza.
