My current goals are to learn to eat healthier, drink more water, and exercise on a regular basis.
I am starting slowly. I have never been good at sticking to healthy eating habits, so I look on every day I manage to stick to this plan as a success. I am keeping the diet soda to 1 per day and drinking more water. I am incorporating fruits and vegetables into my diet without really counting the calories. One step at a time!!

I just wanted to say thank you for commenting on my blog and that I am so, so sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine how painful of a loss this is. It humbles me that my blog was able to help you in such a tough time.
Please continue to be the person you know you are. Don't wait until everything is perfect - it will never happen. I've learned this the hard way myself and am doing everything I can to make the rest of my life the best it can be.
