My Program:
Besides cardio when I do strength training I work full body every time. I do 3 sets of 10-12 reps of whatever weight I feel like. If I feel strong I lift a little heavier, if not I lift light, but I always do it and feel better after I'm done. Every time. I do chest, shoulders, back, bi, tri, squats with 1 minute of rest in between each set. 40-60 minutes long. On cardio days I do abs, calves, lower back. On my rest day I walk for 20 minutes if not playing a sport like tennis or basketball.
