Hi, my name is Jen. I am an aging goth girl who refuses to grow up. I am almost 40 (gasp). I weighed 270lbs 5 years ago. I weighed more than 300lbs 9 years ago. I was on 12 different meds. I am now 230lbs, and only need 2 meds. My goal is 170 lbs. I started by walking, and I am now doing hard cardio at my local gym. Hi, my name is Jen. I am an aging goth girl who refuses to grow up. I am almost 40 (gasp). I weighed 270lbs 5 years ago. I weighed more than 300lbs 9 years ago. I was on 12 different meds. I am now 230lbs, and only need 2 meds. My goal is 170 lbs. I started by walking, and I am now doing hard cardio at my local gym. I have had a lot of injuries, due to bad joints and falls, but I keep on trying... I won't give up... The last big one was an injured SI joint and IT band, plus a broken foot. That one made me gain 45lbs and quit running for good. Now, I have a broken sesmoid bone in my right foot. (2/5/13). But I'm still hitting the gym. Rehabbing my hip and IT band, and avoiding another weight gain due to injury.

Not injure my gastroc- nemius muscle again.
Quit faling and hurting myself.
Healthy BMI .


My Program:
15 to 20 miles a week of hiking, cardio, gym.
Whole foods diet.
No prepackaged junk anymore (since March)
Small bits of chocolate.
60 minutes of cardio daily.


Personal Information:
I am an aging goth girl who refuses to grow up. I have severe ADHD and that's why I keep falling and getting hurt (doing stupid things). I enjoy spending time outdoors. Hiking, beaches camping (as long as the sun isn't out). I love to cook, left my husband and lived in my car last August, met someone online, and moved to a new city in May this year to start a new life. I spend my free time reading, playing video games, listening to music and spending time with my boyfriend. I also do beadwork, and collage/mixed media artwork. I have a 16yo son who lives with his dad.
