My little dog Biscotti - smaller than a wine bottle!

My dog Roxie under her covers. Besides on our laps that is where Biscotti and Roxie like to be.

Thank you for your inspiration of walking while watching that webinar. Now I do a lot of my walking watching youtube videos for learning low carb lifestyles, I was just tired of doing the same thing with the watp, I have all her messages and steps memorized, this way my brain has to think of the next steps, or strength training reps, and not just follow along. Thank you! emoticon

The exact article even when I copied and pasted didn't work...but, it showed different places for thyroid I could go to. Will definitely check it out...thanks so much. Mine is just a growing nodule problem, not been diagnosed with hypo, hyper or any other conditions for now anyway. My next ultrasound will be in August...hoping for shrinkage, so no surgery will be needed. If it gets bigger, it will start interfering with my swallowing more. emoticon emoticon emoticon

How awesome you are learning something and getting steps in. You rock ! Way to think outside the box.

Thank you. It was a struggle to get those steps in yesterday. It was gloomy cold and i did not want to do treadmill. Keep plugging along.

That is what I am thinking, hypothyroid. I really do hope all I need is medicine! Went out and worked in the yard Saturday and took a walk today in the sunshine (not much shade on the birding trail). It really did help! Although I am sore from the yard work...worked some muscles in the legs that I didn't know I had! emoticon
Have a good night and week ahead! emoticon
