My little dog Biscotti - smaller than a wine bottle!

My dog Roxie under her covers. Besides on our laps that is where Biscotti and Roxie like to be.

I really enjoyed the talk on fat for fuel. He had some good wisdom on mitochondria.

Thank you - glad you liked my colored lion. I used to do paint by numbers too when I was younger. I like the pencils better now...no messy clean up! They have the ones in the coloring books with numbers or tell you what colors to us, but I don't like those, I like the challenge of figuring it all out by myself. Thanks for the goodie note and getting in touch ...busy days this weekend...will send you a longer note later on. Have a good day! emoticon

Glad all went well with your septic tank. I am feeling better now, that headache was no fun at all! Just now catching up with all after being out of it for a couple days! We don't celebrate Easter, but thanks for wishing me a good one. We do celebrate the death of Jesus, but not in the way the other religions do with the eggs, etc.
Have a good rest of the week. Hope all is going well with your healthy lifestyle changes. Miss your blogs! Oh, speaking of which, I just posted a new one, if you want to stop by. New goals and determination , it is called. I need to kick myself into gear...too many setbacks lately! emoticon

I hope you are enjoying your Easter day, with many blessings to share with loved ones. I thought I would be alone. Then Bret was able to stop by on his travels, and my son received a surprise weekend leave while in the army training for Medical emt in Des Moines, his girlfriend ended up coming back from Chicago at the same time. Lucky I made a meal to take to my mom and dads right in the center of travel for all. It was all on my plan because I cooked. Ham, deviled eggs, salad, roasted veggies, yummy, and grateful for my family and for a special holiday to remember.
