Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
Hi and thanks for stopping by my page. I am 36 yrs old, have 5 kids and live in Jersey. I am working on becoming the healthiest person I can be. I am realizing it isn't just about being thin or on a "diet" but more about being healthy and being in shape. This is a lifestyle change.
I am taking it one day at a time. Making better choices and fitting in more exercise into my everyday routines.
I also run for fun. lol I love that it pushes me and allows me to set goals and reach them. Even if it is running to the next telephone pole or mailbox.
Run a 1/2 marathon sometime...
Get as close to my pre-babies body as possible.
Look great in jeans and a t-shirt.
To love myself!!
* track all food eaten
* drink atleast 8 glasses of water daily.
* run atleast 3x a week
* Love myself!!
Slow and Steady wins the Race
I'm from Jersey. 5 wonderful kids ages 19, 15, 13, 9, & 3.
Nail tech for 15yrs.
Love to read, make bracelets, journal, surf the web.
You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience by which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself," That I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.

"Sometimes victory seems so far away because we measure it only by the goal. And end goals can seem overwhelmingly huge, daunting, and just plain hard to reach. But if we start measuring our victories by the smaller choices we make each day, victory won't seem so impossible.....
It's amazing the chain reaction that can start in your life with just one good choice.
Big things are built one brick at a time.
Victories are achieved one choice at a time.
A life well lived is chosen one day at a time.
Oh sweet friend, you are closer than you think to victory!"
Be your own hero, one choice and one step at a time! You might not see visible signs of progress right away, but as long as you keep doing your best, you will make progress and you will be victorious! I'm rooting for you! Remember, you're worth your best effort!

“The difference between stepping stones and stumbling blocks is not in the event itself but how you think about it and what you do after it.
Every failure and setback can become part of your success or an excuse for quitting or failing.
People who develop the discipline of positivity are both happier and more successful."
Just dropping by to say hello, Sparkfriend! Remember, you don't have to be perfect on this journey in order to make progress! As long as you keep trying...and never quit...you are already a success! Keep doing your best, because you are worth the effort!
"Part of abandoning the all-or-nothing mentality is allowing yourself room for setbacks.
We are bound to have lapses on the road to health and wellness, but it is critical that we learn how to handle small failures positively so that we can minimize their long-term destructive effects.
One setback is one setback—it is not the end of the world, nor is it the end of your journey toward a better you.”

"It is rewarding to find someone you like, but it is essential to like yourself.
It is quickening to recognize that someone is a good and decent human being, but it is indispensable to view yourself as acceptable.
It is a delight to discover people who are worthy of respect and admiration and love, but it is vital to believe yourself deserving of these things."
I hope you're having a good weekend so far, Sparkfriend! I just wanted to stop by and share a couple of great quotes with you. Keep pushing to reach your goals, one day at a time. Always believe that you are worth your absolute best effort...because you are!
"My invitation to you is to begin living every moment as though you are miraculous and deserve to live an extraordinary life.
Fake it if you must and keep faking it until it’s real to you. The gift you will be giving yourself is a lifelong journey of discovery, one that is infinite and infinitely rewarding. Begin the journey. Today. This moment. Now."
