I took this year off from triathloning because it's not quite as much fun when you're hauling an extra 30 pounds around. But I miss it a lot, and look forward to getting back into the sport next season.
I'm trying to make healthier decisions about WHAT and HOW MUCH to eat so that I can lose the weight I need to lose and still be able to train effectively.

thanks for stopping by my spark page... I Just started tri training this year... One of my friends conned me into it since i was already cycling and running... gotta say the whole program can be quite the workout... I've had to cut back my running for a bit so swimming can catch up to the bike and run level i was at.. I"m ok with it.. Doing my first Tri this July.. I gotta say TOTALLY HOOKED on this already.. the gear, the program, just the CHALLENGE it really pushes your body to be able to do.. My goal is to do my ironman in the year i turn 40. :)
