My name is Jenna. I have fought my weight my whole life. While it ofen feels like a losing battle. I have started realizing that getting healthy physically will help me change how I live, therefore how I eat and exercise so maybe my weight will eventually get there too! I dieted two years ago and got close to my goal weight, but never made it. My husband came home from Iraq and I gained every pound back! My metabolism is so slow that I can't cheat at all and have any success. I can't even eat ...
My name is Jenna. I have fought my weight my whole life. While it ofen feels like a losing battle. I have started realizing that getting healthy physically will help me change how I live, therefore how I eat and exercise so maybe my weight will eventually get there too! I dieted two years ago and got close to my goal weight, but never made it. My husband came home from Iraq and I gained every pound back! My metabolism is so slow that I can't cheat at all and have any success. I can't even eat healthy and lose weight. I have to eat the absolute strictest diet for me to lose any weight. I feel like a complete failure and don't know if I can even lose any weight. I started dieting August 24, 2010 and have lost and gained the same 12 lbs. over and over in this year. I am currently at 16lbs. lost but with my husband returning from Iraq soon, the strict eating I've been doing with be a HUGE struggle. I've got hip problems and can't even run any more per doc's orders. I don't know what else to do. Anything that moves my hip hurts, no swimming, pilates, yoga. So I'm dieting intensely and hoping it's enough to whittle away the weight if I can be good when my husband gets home.

Phew...I tried on bathing suits twice and I must say I am horribly unhappy with my body (particularly my celulite). I need a pick=me-up. This goes to the Spiritual side. Ugh.

Drive safe! I did 2 extra jogging miles today in 21 minutes. Now I am going to strech my jelly muscles after the 7 total miles. I see what you mean aout stretching. Ugh. Love you Coach!
