Living Healthier & Happier
I'm Jenn, 26 yrs old, trying to improve my health. My first goal is to get down to 140 lbs by the start of 2011. If I can stay at that weight for a few months without doing the classic yo-yo, my eventual goal is to get down to 125 someday. Hitting my first, reachable goal would be enough to make me thrilled! =)

My Goals:
My short-term goal is 2 lbs/week My slightly longer-term goal is to be at 140 by 2011 My ultimate goal is to be at 125 eventually, but not timeframe
My Program:
I am a big snacker so I'm throwing out the chips and candy and getting myself lots of things that make easy 100 calorie or less snacks. I also plan to do definite 3/week cardio and 3/week strengthening alternating days, and once i'm up for it 5 cardio/ week.
Personal Information:
I'm an RN from Mass, that's as specific as I'm willing to get about where I live! I married my wonderful husband on September 24, 2005. Our beautiful little princess will be 7 on Nov 3.
