My Goals:
At my heaviest, I weighed 290 lbs. I have lost 30 lbs of that and will chisel away until I reach 180. It's a marathon, not a sprint, though, and the most important part is both how I live my life and what I learn along the way. I travel at a snail's pace and have found that taking baby steps works best for me. My ultimate goals are to feel good in my body, have flexibility and wide range of motion, eliminate the need for most medications, and like what I see in the mirror.


My Program:
---limit portions
---choose fresh unprocessed food when possible
---exercise regularly
---stretch everyday for mobility and flexibility
---be aggressively thankful for everything

Personal Information:
I am a 40-ish, newly single Texan who is shy, quirky, spiritual, and working on being a more confident me. I have a dog and a cat who are my babies, and I have a teenage stepdaughter who is the most awesome girl I've ever met. When she was 8 years old, she told me, "You really should love yourself more." I hope to be like her when I grow up. LOL

I'd set this weekend aside for the garden but the weather had other ideas. Still, rain means I don't have to lug watering cans around!
