My Goals:
Lose fat gain muscle! Better eating habits. I don't want to be winded when I chase my two boys around the house!

My Program:
No soda (done, I have it rarely now)
Eating healthier foods (still working on this one!)
HIIT twice a week (ongoing)
Strength training (ongoing getting stronger!)


Personal Information:
I live in Bremerton WA. I work as a guest teacher in two local school districts. I've been married now almost ten years to a wonderfully patient and loving man.

Other Information:
I really enjoying reading and watching tv shows, which is part of my problem. I tend to stay glued to a screen much too often! I also love to sew. I wish I could help supplement my income that way!

That bites about your ankle bursitis :( That might be part of what's wrong with my hip.

Yeah the plant based diet is Vegan. I'm lactose intolerant, so I already avoid dairy. ( I'm not giving up greek yogurt though, and I'll have cheese/meat on special occasions. ) Have you seen Forks over Knives yet ? That's what inspired me.

I'm loosely following this plan; http://engine2diet.com/ But I'm having a hard time giving up olive oil.

What is Fitocracy ? I've been severely lacking in fitness motivation since my injury. I could use some inspiration.
